Job Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of a Full-time Remote Data Entry Specialist. Key Responsibilities Accurate data input in a timely manner to ensure data integrity and quality. Verifying and correcting data where necessary to maintain high standards of accuracy. Maintaining databases and records for effective data handling and retrieval. Complying with data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive information. Assisting in developing and implementing new functionality to improve data management processes. Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation and business continuity. Responding to information requests from colleagues and management in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
