Job Overview This position is designed to provide specialized support for network framework and internal desktop systems software and hardware. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data with high accuracy, as well as providing technical assistance to computer system users. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining passwords, data integrity, and record system security, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and the protection of sensitive information. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Provide technical support to computer system users, answering questions and resolving issues via phone, in-person, or from a remote location. Investigate and resolve computer issues, including hardware and software problems, and provide assistance with printing, installation, and project systems. Conduct site visits as needed to investigate issues, install or update hardware and software, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems. Follow up with clients to confirm that issues have been fully resolved, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain trust in TSG by responding to client care demands and determining the technical assistance issue, whether software or hardware related. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in technical support and data entry, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have: The ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients, ensuring clear understanding and effective resolution of issues. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server), with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems. Strong data entry skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Ghost, Symantec, Remote Desktop Applications, Active Directory, and various Internet browsers. Familiarity with project systems, such as SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, and the ability to provide technical support and training to users. Previous experience in a technical support or data entry role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues efficiently.
