About the Role We're looking for an experienced Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative to support our providers and members. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, billing, clinical authorizations, and more. This is a full-time opportunity that offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and a chance to grow in your career. Primary Responsibilities Serve as an advocate for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Provide exceptional service to providers through multiple channels, including phone calls and concurrent chat. Quickly triage contacts from healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and providing timely resolutions. Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues, collaborating with internal partners as needed. Multitask effectively, navigating multiple systems to extract necessary information and resolve issues. Influence providers to utilize self-service digital tools, promoting navigation and faster resolution. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent work experience. 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer concerns. Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new systems. Typing speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy. Flexibility to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology. Experience in a related environment, such as an office, call center, or customer service. Soft Skills Multitasking and typing in multiple conversations. Resolving calls and messages, avoiding escalated complaints. Time management and organization. Emotional intelligence and empathy. Active listening and comprehension. Excellent written communication skills. Problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $16.54 - $32.55 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
