Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat, responding to their inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and easily accessible. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction, working together to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with care. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze customer needs, providing solutions and resolving issues efficiently. Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages. Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
