We're now seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team, working remotely from anywhere in the United States. About the Role As a Customer Experience Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient experiences through our "White Glove" service model. This full-time position involves working rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a set schedule that includes weekends and holidays. You'll be responsible for managing incoming customer service phone calls, resolving concerns, and providing support through various channels. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests, ensuring prompt and professional engagement. Create service requests and dispatch accordingly, utilizing web-based system tools such as OMS, Word, and Excel. Identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary. Interact with vendors, customers, and employees via phone, text, and email, maintaining clear and concise communication. Attach Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS, auditing reports from vendors and ensuring accurate logging. Follow through on the resolution of customer needs, providing ongoing support and follow-up. Act as nighttime contact for drivers, providing scheduling and maintenance support, and handling inbound and outbound calls. Escalate problems to proper manager contacts as needed, ensuring effective communication and resolution. Order and cancel injectable doses, and enter helium readings into OMS. Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess: Customer service, call center, or patient scheduling experience, with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely. Proficiency in using computers, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. A positive, customer-first attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote environment, with self-motivation and discipline.
