This role is focused on qualifying interest, creating strong first impressions, and accelerating prospects through the top of the funnel. As the bridge between marketing and sales, you'll engage prospects with clarity and confidence, uncover their needs, and set them up for success with our Account Executive team.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines great communication skills with a structured, results-driven approach to inbound outreach.ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement & QualificationRespond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via email, phone, and chatQualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)Maintain a high standard of customer experience across all interactionsSales EnablementEducate prospects on our offerings and align solutions to their needsHandle objections with empathy and clarityRoute qualified leads or schedule meetings and demos for Account ExecutivesCRM & ReportingLog all activity in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with precision and consistencyEnsure accurate pipeline visibility and maintain up-to-date lead recordsPerformance & CollaborationHit key KPIs related to conversion rate, response time, and volumePartner closely with Sales Managers and AEs for handoff and pipeline coordinationShare feedback on common questions, objections, and messaging trendsProcess OptimizationLeverage tools and automation to streamline daily tasks and boost productivityStay up to date on product changes and market developmentsMinimum Qualifications2+ years in inbound sales, lead qualification, or customer supportProven success working in fast-paced, high-volume sales environmentsStrong communication skills—both verbal and writtenCRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales tech toolsAbility to work independently in a remote setupAvailability to work standard business hours across U.S. time zones (EST–PST)Preferred QualificationsExperience in SaaS, B2B, or consultative sales environmentsFamiliarity with lead scoring models or automation platformsComfortable using call tracking and engagement toolsMake an impact from the first touchpoint.
