Job Summary As a Client Support Supervisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service, managing a team of customer support representatives, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Perform front-end management duties, including overseeing customer service operations and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner. Assist clients with returns, exchanges, and other issues, providing solutions and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner. Oversee and manage registers, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure that all customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and service. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other teams, including sales and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of customer support representatives. Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Very cordial and friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Past work references, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in customer service. Experience with customer service software, including CRM systems and ticketing platforms. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including conflict resolution and problem-solving.
