About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team in a remote Data Entry and Business Operations Support role. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our global content deals and direct-to-consumer (DTC) services, working closely with our Content Outreach group, Business Teams, Legal, Finance, and Accounting departments. Key Responsibilities Support global record deal analysis and post-deal management for SVOD and DTC deals, including tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends. Provide accurate and timely availability of all content (including films, TV shows, and digital content) for our DTC services, taking into account complex rights holdbacks and limitations from existing licenses, fundamental freedoms, and music issues. Conduct thorough financial analysis and content valuation for all content licensing deals, working closely with partners and stakeholders. Prepare and present deal and exchange outlines for senior leadership decision-making support. Manage and oversee all arrangements in the rights management situation (Rightsline), including post-section workstreams, such as draft and send notices, permit expense computations, and resource delivery. Track deal choices, MFNs, and lapses, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Support the management of arenaflex's direct-to-consumer (DTC) services, including providing precise and timely availability of all content for our DTC services, taking into account complex rights holdbacks and limitations from existing licenses, fundamental freedoms, and music issues. Aid the development of global and regional content windows and rules, planning among DTC and Content Outreach groups, and enter and maintain such rules, by region, in Disney Stage Conveyance's rights management situation (Rightsline). Survey and update rights passages with territorial DTC and Content Outreach groups on a quarterly basis to support readiness of DTC quarter-end accounting explanations. Support continuous content valuation of DTC by providing worldwide market information and comps. Provide fundamental rights management support to DTC domain launches, new features, and emerging business models. Key Deliverables Deliver high-quality analysis and presentation materials in response to impromptu senior leader and client demands, including new distribution methodologies, sales reporting for reviews and finance, market trends, and best practices. Work with Finance and anticipating Content Deals ultimates, yearly working plans, and long-range plan introductions. Support legal with organization and cooperation reviews. Liaise with resource delivery groups and business procedure on adjusting issues. Requirements We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in data analysis, business operations, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. Profound experience in financial modeling, complex financial analysis, advanced Excel skills, and experience in analyzing large datasets. Solid office skills with understanding and analysis of agreements, and fundamental administrative drafting (e.g., notes). Solid office skills with PowerPoint and presenting to senior leaders. Demonstrated history in successfully managing and building strong relationships with a diverse range of partners. Some experience with global media distribution.
