**Job Summary**
As a Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing labor management systems that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement comprehensive labor management systems, including data integrations, reporting, and analytics
* Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
* Design and develop high-quality, scalable solutions that meet the needs of our business and Cast Members
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of labor management systems
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our Cast Members and stakeholders

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Labor Systems leadership and other business partners

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ years of experience in software development, data analysis, or a related field
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
* Proficiency in at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or similar language
* Experience working with data technology, including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
