Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our Data Science Engineering team, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: Providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure the quality and viability of our software applications. Leading and mentoring a team of engineers in the development, deployment, and maintenance of high-quality software applications. Collaborating with our business stakeholders and partners to ensure that our software solutions meet the practical and non-functional requirements of our customers. Designing, developing, and testing software applications using a range of programming languages and technologies. Identifying and resolving technical issues and defects in our software applications. Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base to support our software applications. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and applying this knowledge to improve our software applications. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure. Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Preferred Qualifications While the following qualifications are not essential, they are highly desirable: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience with machine learning or data science technologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins or Docker.
