As a key member of our product development or delivery and integration team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing software that makes us a vital part of our customers' digital lives. You will work closely with other talented engineers in an open, collaborative, and dynamic environment where your voice is valued, and you have the freedom to choose the technologies you want to use to solve complex problems. **Key Responsibilities** * **Programming Development** + Contribute to software development as a member of a agile team by participating in code reviews and continuous integration practices. + Troubleshoot critical software components and identify code gaps for remediation. + Enable the deployment, support, and testing of software across test, integration, and production environments. + Automate solutions in test or production environments. + Scale applications based on projected demand. * **Leadership** + Lead a small team of engineers and empower them to reach their full potential. + Impact colleagues with innovative changes and enhancements by challenging the status quo and taking calculated risks. * **arenaflex is seeking talented, high-performing engineers to help shape our technology and product roadmap.
