They are seeking a Bilingual Delfina Doula to act as a virtual health coach, supporting pregnant patients and new moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basisEnsure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothersEnsure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organizationSkillsDONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA or CAPPA certifiedBilingual in Spanish and English is requiredStrong communication and conversational skillsExperience with Web and mobile technologiesRegistered in state-owned Medicaid system is a plusTelehealth experience is a plusCompany OverviewDelfina provides a personalized prenatal care system that uses the power of data to keep moms and babies safe during pregnancy.
