This position requires entering data accurately and efficiently while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity. Key Responsibilities Accurate and Efficient Data Entry : Input customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Data Compilation and Verification : Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. Data Review and Correction : Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output to ensure high-quality data. Quality and Efficiency Standards : Ensure data entry tasks meet quality and efficiency standards, adhering to established procedures and policies. Confidentiality and Integrity : Maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity, handling sensitive data with care. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience : No prior experience required; training will be provided for the right candidates. Typing Skills : Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred. Software Skills : Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.). Computer Hardware : Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware.
