With customers in over 200 countries and territories, we're the trusted partner for companies looking to increase and resolve their most critical business issues. **Key Responsibilities** As a software engineer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including: * Writing and reviewing product or system improvement code * Participating in or leading design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide on the best technologies * Assessing code developed by other engineers and providing comments to ensure best practices (e.g., style tips, code checking, accuracy, testability, and performance) * Contributing to current documentation or educational content and adapting content based on product/application updates and user feedback * Triage product or gadget problems and debug/tune/resolve using source code analysis and impact on hardware, community, or carrier operations **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development, computer science, or a related technical field * 3 years of experience with software development in C++ and statistics structures/algorithms * 3 years of experience in checking out, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture * 3 years of experience growing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, or experience with compute technology, garage, or hardware structure **Desired Qualifications** If you have: * A Master's degree or Ph.D. in computer science or a related technical field * 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role * Experience with growing reachable technologies **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong programming skills in C++ and other languages * Experience with software design and architecture * Knowledge of statistics structures and algorithms * Experience with large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our engineers grow and develop their skills.
