We value collaboration, hard work, and continuous learning, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Infra SRE-Application Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing SRE duties and procedures on supported services, including standby revolutions, maintenance, change management, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. You'll work closely with SRE/Dev/QA/PM teams to manage incidents and improve processes, and you'll be responsible for managing and prioritizing projects to ensure high efficiency and timely deliveries. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform SRE duties and procedures on supported services, including standby revolutions, maintenance, change management, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. * Augment framework uptime, availability, and reliability to ensure functional and performance SLAs. * Contribute to existing documentation and build effective documentation, such as functional runbooks, SOPs, SLA/SLO. * Develop and lead pre-planning/tooling/computerization to streamline processes and minimize human resources. * Work cross-functionally and territorially with SRE/Dev/QA/PM teams to manage incidents and improve processes. * Manage and prioritize projects to ensure high efficiency and timely deliveries. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent functional experience. * 5+ years of demonstrated experience in software development with at least one programming language. * 5+ years of experience with Linux Operating Systems, Systems Administration, Database concepts, Monitoring, and Shell scripting. * Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. * Strong communication, collaboration, self-motivation, and quick learning skills. **Ideal Qualifications** * Master's degree in Software Engineering, Design, or a related field. * Proficiency in any of the following languages: Python, GoLang, C++. * Experience in any of the following: SRE reasoning, AIOPS, APM, Disaster Recovery. * Familiarity with any of the following tech stacks: Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse, Message Queue, OpenTSDB, Management Grid. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a comprehensive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. The base salary for this position is $27-$37 per hour, and the actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
