About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Social Media Chat Sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a Chat Assassin, you'll work closely with our client success team to initiate authentic conversations, sell coaching programs, and drive revenue through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers through social media platforms, responding to inquiries and converting leads into sales Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targets Collaborate with the client success team to sell coaching programs and services Manage and maintain a high level of productivity, meeting daily and weekly performance goals Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge Contribute to team meetings, providing insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English proficiency Strong desire to earn a stable income in $USD and work from home Fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone Stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and 2 hours on weekends) Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Proven track record of success in social media sales or lead generation Experience working with coaching programs or services What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive fixed payment with opportunities for growth and development Hourly rate + commissions + bonuses Average performance level: $600-$1,200/month Good performance level: $1,200-$2,000/month Excellent performance level: $2,000-$3,000+/month No limit on commissions Additional Benefits: Supportive company culture Opportunities for growth and career advancement Fully remote work arrangement Company book club Monthly raffles and rewards Vision board and goal-setting workshops Health and fitness programs Birthday gifts Paid training and mentorship And more...
