Experienced Full Stack Senior Business Analyst – Data-Driven Forecasting and Business Process Optimization

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive functional effectiveness and cost-saving initiatives. As a key member of our Estimating group, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing data-driven solutions, and implementing process improvements that drive business growth. Your expertise will be essential in helping us navigate the ever-changing landscape of the food delivery industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development of data-driven forecasting models to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management, to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
* Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
* Identify opportunities for business process optimization and implement changes to drive efficiency and cost savings
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and operational teams
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or related role, with a focus on data analysis and business process optimization
* Proven expertise in SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift
* Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their application in business decision-making
* Experience working with Agile development methodologies and iterative project management
* Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as Sigma or Looker
