**The PDP Team**
The PDP team is responsible for driving complex tasks across Netflix and PDP groups. We're a team of application managers who are passionate about shaping and executing innovation packages that introduce new stories to our members around the world. As a Full Stack Program Manager, you'll be responsible for leading complex programs that are innovation-focused, technically challenging, and purposeful in nature.
**The Role**
We're seeking a seasoned Program Manager who has advanced understanding in the planning, execution, and delivery of applications that meet the innovation desires of a modern platform. You'll be responsible for:
* Leading complex programs that are innovation-focused, technically challenging, and purposeful in nature
* Conducting feasibility and stage-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to provide high-quality functions on time and within budget
* Acting as a concept partner to PDP leaders to shape early-level product innovation possibilities into concrete applications
* Partnering with Netflix Product Managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and endorsing for PDP's groups via proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product functions, assessments, and designs
* Working intensely with Product Control, Engineering, and Innovative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical tasks
* Identifying extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of applications that have the potential to power greater effect and/or performance
* Controlling, planning, and tracking PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications during the execution of simultaneous packages
* Expecting and planning for destiny desires and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and software deliverables
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a stellar Application Supervisor who embodies the Netflix lifestyle values of their day-to-day life. You'll bring:
* 3 years of practical experience in application control practices efficiently validated in prior roles in product engineering
* Deep area expertise and running know-how in establishing and imposing program control frameworks and exceptional practices
* A music document for influencing a wide spectrum of technical pass-purposeful teams and activating them toward a not unusual aim
* The ability to navigate through stages of ambiguity and translate strategic possibilities into tangible subsequent steps
* A high level of intellectual interest and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and worrying environment
* Excellent resource handling skills (employees and financial) to optimize the outcome of the packages and tasks for which you're accountable
* The ability to talk efficiently and inclusively across cultures, creative, and technical teams
* Familiarity and fierce curiosity about product, via information insights, A/B trying out, and consumer revel in Pov
* Effectiveness in giving sincere and direct feedback
