We need a senior Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) data conversion specialist to backfill an active project through go-live in the second week of November. First load is done; we need someone to take it home. Consultant must have hand on experience. Position: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Data Conversion Specialist Remote (CST collaboration preferred) Hours: ~20/wk DL / State ID , copy. & no profiles from 3 rd party W2 / 1099 / Own Corp. Must-have: ORC conversions: candidates, requisitions, resumes (end-to-end, validation/recon/defect triage) HCM reporting (Recruiting + Core HCM) Dashboard modifications HSDL loaders Details: Start: ASAP Duration: ~6 weeks Hours: ~20/wk Remote (CST collaboration preferred) Please share for each candidate: resume highlighting ORC conversions, availability, hourly rate and C2C/1099, time zone/work authorization, and two references.
