**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Customer Insight Center product, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Drive the development and execution of the Customer Insight Center product, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences
* Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Customer Insight Center
* Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product development and differentiation
* Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management, or
* 9 years of experience in product management or related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products
