**Job Responsibilities**

As a Product Manager in our Conversational AI and Live Chat Support team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform and live chat capabilities. You will work closely with our engineering, data science, and product teams to design, build, and launch new features and products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform and live chat capabilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new features and products
* Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals
* Work with data scientists to analyze customer data and inform product decisions
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product launches
* Conduct customer testing and gather feedback to inform product improvements
* Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance
* Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and teams

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products
* Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
* Experience with machine learning and natural language processing technologies
* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud)
* Experience with product development methodologies (e.g. Lean, Design Thinking)
