As a product manager on this team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that are shaping the future of customer service. **Job Responsibilities** As a Senior Associate-Digital Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of conversational AI and live chat support products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
