You'll be the go-to expert for all things related to our Life insurance offerings, providing personalized support and guidance to help customers make informed decisions. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service, you'll be the key to unlocking customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Primary Responsibilities** • Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns • Preparing well-written responses to customers, ensuring that all communication is clear, concise, and respectful • Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date • Additional activities to support our efforts to help customers become insured and remain insured, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling **Other Responsibilities** • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring that all customers receive a seamless and satisfying experience • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring that you're always equipped with the latest knowledge and expertise • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're always at the top of your game **Requirements** • Be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes • Possess excellent communication and listening skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Have prior client service experience and/or insurance license, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service • Be based in the US, with a strong understanding of local regulations and laws • Be willing to adapt to internal operational processes and systems, with a flexible and positive attitude **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
