**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Computerization Development team, focused on the development, discovery, and execution of advanced chat automation capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the product group (Product, Information Researchers, Specialists, and business partners) to shape our conversational AI client upgrading items.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that provide opportunities to elevate the customer experience
* Influence customer data, conversational analysis, industry data, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
* Collaborate with engineers, information researchers, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
* Work with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning
* Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience
* Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-driven product suggestions accordingly
* Maintain and refine the product backlog, planning customer stories to meet the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value
* Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall customer experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

* Four-year college degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
* Proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
* Strong technical expertise, with experience in conversational AI, chat automation, and product development
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design
* Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors, with the ability to develop products that meet their needs

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and natural language processing
* Experience with product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
* Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data and metrics to inform product decisions
* Experience working with customer data and analytics tools, including CRM and customer feedback systems
