In this role, you will connect our revenue-generating functions, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other key teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support our ambitious growth objectives.What we are looking forExtensive experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within a B2B environment, with proven leadership skills.Deep understanding of sales processes, territory design, sales forecasting, and Deal Desk management.Strong proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives with the technical expertise to support this. Salesforce.com and Excel expertise are essential.You are a strategic thinker, with a track record of driving operational excellence.You are an excellent communicator and a relationship builder. You have a track record of driving efficiency and fostering strong relationships.At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This exempt role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $190,800 - $286,200. This role is eligible for participation in our corporate bonus plan.
