**Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Product Leader, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing and preserving the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet company objectives
* Supporting new development, configuration, and preservation at the platform
* Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams concerning the segment-constructing and RT-CDP platform
* Troubleshooting technical issues associated with the platform and implementing solutions
* Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech requirements and implementations
* Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices associated with Adobe Experience Platform
* Conducting daily audits to ensure the optimal use of the platform
* Leading training sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform
* Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds
**What You Need to Succeed:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of experience in technical data control and marketing solution experience
* Strong technical skills, mainly with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
* Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Strong analytical skills
* Consistently prioritizes the protection and security of self, others, and personal information
* Embraces diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles
* Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
