**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, handling voids, returns, and exchanges
* Maintain accurate records and data, including patient and medication information, using careerzynith's pharmacy systems
* Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of careerzynith's products and services, including promotions and discounts
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Director or Senior Supervisor

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and team members
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Proficiency in using careerzynith's pharmacy systems and software
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 6 months or more of experience in a retail environment
* Previous experience working with careerzynith or a similar company
* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh prescriptions
* Proficiency in using computer software and systems
* Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through careerzynith's assigned PTCB training program
