As a Performance Data Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations. **Job Responsibilities** As a Performance Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce. Your key responsibilities will include: ### Performance Analytics and Forecasting * Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business decisions * Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and conduct analyses from start to finish * Build reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data * Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners * Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs * Execute programs critical to the business operation under tight timelines ### Measurement and Analytics * Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports * Monitor data quality and document accuracy; improve if needed * Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results * Apply advanced analytical techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights * Stay up-to-date with today's data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong passion for data storytelling. To be successful in this role, you'll need: ### Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role * Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques * Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) * Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment * Experience with SQL and R or Python ### Nice-to-Haves * Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python * Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills * Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science **What We Offer** As a Performance Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
