**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Making continuous outbound calls to customers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs
* Using an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure accurate and timely interactions
* Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
* Warmly handing off consumers to our partners to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and communicate with customers
* Ability to work with little supervision and take initiative to resolve issues and improve processes
**Equipment & Tech Specs**
To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you'll need:
* A headset with a built-in mic
* An external mouse (no track-pads)
* A CPU with a minimum of i5+
* RAM with a minimum of 8 GB+
* Storage with a minimum of 128 GB (HDD) or 128 GB (SSD)
* A screen resolution of 1366 x 768 (HD) or better
* A minimum of 2 USB ports (recommended: 3+)
* A Windows 10+ operating system (no Chromebooks or Macs)
* An Ethernet port for hardwired internet
* Internet specs with a minimum of 50mbps down and 5mbps up

We offer two shift options to accommodate your schedule:
