As a Technician II, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional technical support to our clients. **Job Responsibilities** As a Technician II, you will be responsible for providing daily technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to network infrastructure, desktop systems, and software applications * Conducting site visits to investigate issues and install or upgrade equipment and software as needed * Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person * Collaborating with clients to identify and resolve technical issues * Conducting follow-up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction * Completing service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on network infrastructure and desktop systems * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (client/server) * Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other internet browsers * Specialized certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCP are a plus * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks **Work Environment and Culture** As a Technician II at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional technical support to our clients. The base salary for this position ranges from $23.85/hour to $38.75/hour, depending on market area and individual qualifications. Employed candidates may be eligible for annual moment and long-term incentive programs, subject to individual performance, business unit performance, and organizational performance. This position is eligible for a bonus based on organizational performance.
