**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Designer to join our Client Experiences Configuration Group, where you'll play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative client experiences for some of careerzynith's most iconic products and services. As a Full Stack Designer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing stunning and engaging client experiences that drive commitment and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute innovative client experiences that drive commitment and loyalty
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered experiences
* Create and direct high-quality in-product media client projects
* Develop a deep understanding of what makes content compelling and effective across various stages and audiences
* Design and develop visual and UX plans that meet the needs of careerzynith's clients
* Develop a refined understanding of UI/UX and product design principles
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and design
* Collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and executive leadership to drive creative solutions
* Develop and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
* Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in visual communication, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling
* Collaborate with other creatives to drive innovative solutions and ideas
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a portfolio showcasing development and solid visual and UX design
* Demonstrated ability to create and direct high-quality in-product media client projects
* Strong understanding of what makes content compelling and effective across various stages and audiences
* Experience designing work for multiple stages and use cases, and a deep understanding of its impact across devices, experiences, and situations
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong understanding of UI/UX and product design principles
* Familiarity with visual communication, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
* Experience working in a cloud-based environment

* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and design trends
* Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
