* Analyze database performance using metrics and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new solutions as needed.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest database trends and technologies, continuously looking for ways to improve and optimize our systems.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a related role, with a strong understanding of database design, development, and management.
* Complete knowledge of data recovery, backup, and security best practices.
* Familiarity with database design and manipulation languages, such as MySQL and Oracle.
* Working experience with database administration tools and third-party software.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.

* Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
