**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Specialist to design, develop, and maintain our Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) platform using various data/BI tools. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, IT resources, and other teams to gather requirements, build data pipelines, and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards. **Key Responsibilities**
* Work in a fast-paced environment to design, develop, and deliver Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions
* Create ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Wind current
* Build ad-hoc reports to support inquisitive business users and provide automation using Tableau
* Design, develop, maintain, and support our Enterprise Data Warehouse and BI platform using various data and BI tools
* Build impromptu reports as needed to support inquisitive business users and provide automation using Tableau
* Foster collaborative relationships and work with key business stakeholders, IT resources to gather requirements and deliver solutions
* Communicate technical and business themes in a 360-degree approach, as required; communicate using written, verbal, and presentation materials as needed
* Create, maintain, and recommend upgrades to Applications in the area of standards, procedures, compliance, and quality assurance practices; participate in design and code walkthroughs
* Take ownership and deliver process improvements
* Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies and trends
* Focus on work that has the highest impact on the business
**What You'll Bring**
* 2+ years of experience in creating data pipelines using Python/Wind current
* Experience with designing DataMart, Data Warehouse, data set objects within social data sets MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica
* Strong skills in SQL and query writing
* Strong critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills
* Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure/follow through on tight deadlines
* Strong experience with creating high-quality dashboards and reports for C-level leaders
