**Job Responsibilities**
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Building and deploying machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and data engineering.

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
* Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams.
* Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the impact of data-driven decisions.
* Utilizing cloud computing platforms, such as Azure and Databricks, to develop and deploy scalable data solutions.
* Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and adapting our solutions to meet evolving business needs.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, PySpark, and SQL.
* Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
* Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure and Databricks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.
