Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer behavior
- Ability to work cooperatively with team members to achieve common goals
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
