**Key Responsibilities**
As a Staff Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Source Identification**: Identify and extract relevant data sources, perform preliminary data quality checks, and review deliverables from junior team members.
* **Problem Formulation**: Analyze business problems, question assumptions, and recommend solutions to drive business growth.
* **Analytical Modeling**: Develop and deploy machine learning models, conduct exploratory data analysis, and create data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
* **Model Deployment & Scaling**: Work with MLOps to deploy models to production, continuously log and track model performance, and identify areas for improvement.
* **Code Development & Testing**: Write code to develop and deploy data products, create test cases, and contribute to code documentation.
