This role involves supporting a national fast-food restaurant chain by providing legal expertise on a variety of marketing, advertising, promotions, and brand-related legal matters.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of marketing and advertising-related agreements, including:Sponsorship agreementsInfluencer and social media agreementsAdvertising agency agreementsPromotional and marketing services agreementsAdvise business stakeholders on advertising, marketing, and promotional campaignsReview and support sweepstakes, contests, and promotional programsProvide legal guidance on social media initiatives and digital marketing activitiesIdentify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks associated with advertising and promotional activitiesCollaborate with marketing, procurement, and business teams to support brand initiativesSkillsActive license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standingSignificant experience handling: Advertising and marketing mattersSignificant experience handling: Sponsorship agreementsSignificant experience handling: Social media and influencer-related legal issuesSignificant experience handling: Sweepstakes, contests, and promotional programsSignificant experience handling: Commercial contract drafting and negotiationStrong business judgment and ability to provide practical legal adviceAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsFlexible and responsive, with the ability to manage changing priorities and fluctuating workloadsCompany OverviewLawyers On Demand is the leading flexible legal service provider.
