**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, where you will be responsible for entering and maintaining health-related data, updating medical records, reviewing health data for compliance, and supporting the health operations team to maintain quality standards. **Key Responsibilities**

* Enter and maintain health-related data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that it is recorded in the system in a timely manner
* Update medical records and review health data for compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

* Collaborate with other team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure that data is consistent across all systems
* Develop and maintain knowledge of health-related data entry software and tools, including electronic health records (EHRs) and other relevant systems
* Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment, with minimal supervision

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, data analytics, computer science) preferred
* At least 2 years of experience in data entry, healthcare administration, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Proficiency with health-related data entry software and tools, including EHRs and other relevant systems
* Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment, with minimal supervision

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, including hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare organizations
* Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Medical Coder, Certified Health Data Analyst)
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other relevant systems
* Experience with data quality and integrity, including the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
