* Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze and interpret complex data sets
* Work with large data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions
* Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that support AI and ML model development
* Develop and maintain documentation for AI and ML models, including data dictionaries and model explanations
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and ML, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in AI and ML, with a focus on data-driven modeling and analysis
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data extraction, processing, and analysis, including data visualization and reporting
* Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning
* Experience with data pipelines and data warehousing, including data governance and quality control
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
