**Essential Capabilities**
* 2+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on analysis, modeling, and visualization
* Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Hadoop
* Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning concepts
* Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
* Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
* Experience communicating at the executive level
