Our team is driven by a passion for creativity, a willingness to take risks, and a commitment to excellence. **Job Summary** As a Director, Consumer Data Collection and Activation, you'll be responsible for driving first-party (1PD) customer data collection and activation strategies across the digital landscape. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other internal or external brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across various digital channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for collecting, managing, and utilizing first-party customer data across the digital environment. * Design and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, customer enrollments, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable customer information. * Investigate potential opportunities for data enrichment through external sources to improve customer profiles and segmentation. * Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance. * Organize end-to-end digital CRM campaigns and develop data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments. * Collaborate with various teams to align first-party customer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives. * Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration. * Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with data protection regulations and industry standards. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, computer science) * 8-12 years of experience in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership roles * Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights and customer-centric strategies * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business goals into actionable customer engagement strategies * Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, computer science) * Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools * Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts * Certification in digital marketing or CRM **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $35-$40 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs * Collaborative and innovative work environment, with a focus on work-life balance * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for data-driven customer engagement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
