Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk to work closely with our manufacturing teams to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and enhance quality control. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including data entry, inventory management, and ERP system expertise. Key Responsibilities Process production orders and create labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks made by the Manufacturing teams Work closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintain their accuracy Review, verify, and scan/attach batch records into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Assist the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples Perform other duties as necessary, including adhering to ISO requirements and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) Competencies and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience OR Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems Some laboratory experience, which will help you understand the Manufacturing process Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system Skills and Competencies Required for Success To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Innovate: Be better, keep improving, be more efficient, creative, and be in the forefront of development Aspire: Have desire, purpose, and ambition challenging ourselves to push the limits and reach new heights Collaborate: Foster teamwork, common goals, selflessness, communication, and mutual support Transform: Adapt, learn, re-invent, and change for future development and growth Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
