Responsibilities
ā¢ Handle incoming live chats and respond quickly with accurate information
ā¢ Assist clients with questions about insurance licensing, processes, and documentation
ā¢ Use chat templates and personalize responses when appropriate
ā¢ Log interactions and case notes into the CRM system
ā¢ Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
ā¢ Previous experience in live chat or online customer support preferred
ā¢ Strong written communication and multitasking skills
ā¢ Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM tools
ā¢ Fast typing speed and attention to detail
ā¢ Calm and focused under pressure
