**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Analyst to join our Workforce Management and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business success through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and exceptional leadership. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Sr. Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading task groups of experts and partners to drive business results and improve processes
* Performing data gathering, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance business performance and efficiency
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including store managers, division presidents, and other key leaders
* Providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and business stakeholders
* Analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
* Developing and presenting reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, analytics, or a related discipline
* 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis, business intelligence, and process improvement
* Proven experience leading high-performing teams and driving business results
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience working in the retail or field services industry
* Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Store Director Services) or similar systems
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
