We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Customer Support Representative to join our team on a temporary, seasonal contract basis. As a representative of careerzynith, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone and email, providing updates on current account status, and helping customers navigate our sign-up process. **Responsibilities:**
As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
* Providing updates on current account status and helping customers navigate our sign-up process
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and exceptional service delivery
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our services and industry trends
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills
* Phone experience in a call center environment (preferred but not required)
* Strong multitasking skills and a passion for research and learning
* Energetic and positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Proficiency in using technology and software applications (training provided)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment
* Knowledge of property taxes or related industries (not required but a plus)
* Fluency in multiple languages (not required but a plus)
* Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools (not required but a plus)
