Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management

As a key member of our Supply Chain Systems Management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our distribution centers and the efficient management of our inventory network frameworks.
**Job Summary:**
We're looking for a seasoned data entry professional with a strong background in IT and a passion for supply chain management. As our ideal candidate, you'll possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Your expertise in data entry, inventory management, and supply chain systems will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide support and maintenance for the Distribution Center Administration Framework, serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions.
* Collaborate with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change demands.
* Contact MHE merchants regarding information handling and management.
* Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks.
* Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures.
* Serve as a liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution.
* Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals.
* Support LAN (Local Area Network) design.
* Perform all future upgrades of software.
* Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report utilization to MIS.
* Regulate nonexempt staff.
* Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security.
* Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users.
* Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis.
* Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.
* 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate.
* 2+ years of involvement in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Project management experience.
* Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
* Strong relational and analytical abilities.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
