Verifying accuracy and completeness of data before entering it into the system. Communicating with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. Generating reports and summaries based on the entered data. Identifying and correcting data entry errors and discrepancies. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong typing skills and familiarity with data entry software. Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Associate’s degree in a related field. Experience working in the aviation industry or with large datasets.
