They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Owner for Marketing Technology to define and lead the product strategy for their marketing technology ecosystem, partnering with various teams to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing technology capabilitiesPartner with marketing leaders across multiple business areas to create alignment around a shared marketing technology strategyLead the transformation and expansion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud across a portfolio of brandsTranslate marketing and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogsPartner closely with an engineering lead and delivery teams to plan, prioritize, and execute marketing technology initiativesOwn backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and product decision-making within an Agile environmentImprove customer journeys across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, upsell, and cross sellGuide the development of segmentation, personalization, lead management, campaign orchestration, and lifecycle marketing capabilitiesIdentify opportunities to use AI, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to improve marketing effectiveness and internal processesUse customer, campaign, and product data to identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and measure product outcomesPartner with data and technology teams to support integrations between marketing platforms, CRM systems, Data Cloud, CDPs, and data warehousesEstablish KPIs and success metrics related to customer engagement, conversion, deliverability, revenue growth, and platform adoptionSupport experimentation through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and continuous optimizationPromote consistent product practices, operating processes, and ways of working across marketing and technology teamsLead and develop a small product team while remaining actively involved in strategy, requirements, and executionEnsure marketing technology solutions support data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirementsSkillsDemonstrated experience in both marketing and product management/product ownershipExperience owning a product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery process for marketing technology, marketing automation, CRM, or customer engagement platformsStrong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, acquisition, retention, and conversionExperience translating business and marketing needs into product requirements and technical user storiesExperience partnering with engineering, data, marketing, sales, CRM, and business stakeholdersAbility to influence and create alignment across multiple teams with different priorities and business needsExperience working in Agile or Scrum environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to prioritize opportunities and evaluate outcomesA hands-on and collaborative leadership style, with the willingness to work through details rather than relying on a large support teamComfort operating in a transformation environment where processes, platforms, and ways of working are still being builtStrong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skillsCuriosity about AI and enthusiasm for incorporating AI tools into product management, analysis, documentation, and decision-makingExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud EngagementExperience with Salesforce Data Cloud, customer data platforms, or similar customer data and segmentation technologiesExperience leading a large-scale MarTech implementation, migration, or transformation across multiple brands or business unitsExperience with Oracle Eloqua or another enterprise marketing automation platformExperience supporting both B2C and B2B2C business modelsFamiliarity with CRM integrations, data warehouses, lead management, lead scoring, and marketing data governanceExperience with AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, decisioning systems, or intelligent automationPrevious people leadership or experience managing a small team of product professionalsExperience within a subscription, e-commerce, professional education, or multi-brand organizationCompany OverviewColibri Group is building the future of professional education by empowering professionals to achieve more, adapt, and thrive in their careers.
