**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient and prescription information in our pharmacy systems. You will work closely with our pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Utilize pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and prescription information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Enter patient and prescription data into our systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with prescription processing, including filling prescriptions, verifying medication, and checking for potential interactions
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy systems, technologies, and best practices
* Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 6 months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy or data entry role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers
* Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a pharmacy or data entry role, with knowledge of pharmacy systems and technologies
* Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent
* Strong math skills, with ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
* Familiarity with inventory management and stock control procedures
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
