Accurately input, update, and manage passenger records and airline data
Process scheduling, reservation, and ticketing information
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy
Maintain compliance with airline policies and industry regulations
Support operational and administrative teams by providing timely data updates
Assist in generating reports and tracking performance metrics
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus
No prior airline or data entry experience required β training provided
